Course Description
This course introduces students to computer science concepts. Students learn the components of the computer and how they function. They learn problem solving skills. Computer programming is introduced using Adobe Flash and Action Script. Students also learn about the impact of the computer on society and their lives.

Many students go on to take TEJ3M, ICS3C, and/or ICS3U.
Why Should I take this course?
This course is an introduction to both ICS3C and ICS3U. Students who take this course find both of these courses easier because they have some background knowledge from ICS2O.
